when will toyota bring out the plugin version of the prius like in the movie who killed the electric car

Interesting documentary. Not sure why GM decided to kill it! I always thought that there was something VERY wrong with them and they were trying to hide the defect, but I guess we'll never know. A plugin version of the Prius is not in the works., at least not a mass production version. It proves to be too hard for people to charge them on longer trips. I'd look for hydrogen powered vehicles to be the next wave.
