how to resolve when the check enging light is on

neo eng vq2.0 a33 . i have been completed installed fully a33 halfcut to a32
,now when i start eng the check eng is off, so when i press to high rpm the
check eng light is on, then the rpm limit only go to 2.5rpm like have a cut
of???????
NEED  TO HELP FOR  THIS PROB.PLS
