Heavy white smoke after car starts

I have a Cefiro Excimo A33 V6 engine. My car produce heavy white smoke
when I start in the morning or after parking very long. It also consumes engine
oil and my fuel consumption is very high ( 420km for full tank). Please assist if i
need to change the engine or repair can be done.
