best way and easiest to replace ac heater blend door

My a/c only blows air not vold air.  I was told today  its  not the belts or freon or
compressor but the blend door.  They also told me  was  working on  passenger side only  
which when i tested it  i could not feel the diff. but he was a mech and  said  he  need  2
hrs  to take the dash apart,  but  plenty of videos  shows  the glove box only  for the
sebring.  I have a 2002 cryler concorde le

You can get to it from removing the glove box,but it is tite to get at,you just need to replace the blend door actuator on the box,

If it was the blend door one side would be colder then the other but going by your question no cold air from either vent that is if I am reading your question right. If it is the blend door you would differently feel the difference at the vents. Can you feel more air coming out of the passengers side vent compared to the drivers side vents ?
