car problem

Hi  I have a ford bantam rocam and I just changed a gear box but with an old working one and I can't hear the fuel pump run the sound of it when I turn on the key I used to hear the sound of it, I checked the fuse in front on the driver side it is still working and the car its starting but as it get hot as it run it start to cut, it cut like when a car its about to run out of a petrol but the thing is it doesn't stop it keeps on going but I can't us the accelerator as normal as I change gears after changing a gear it starts with the cutting problem and when I try to adjust my foot on the accelerator as if I'm shifting my foot off of it it runs fine but as soon as I try to drop the whole accelerator pedal it starts the cutting problem  please help

This is hard to solve really because there is a ton of confusion in the story. Sounds like fuel issues perhaps dirty filter. Gas pump could be going out they do not last forever. I like Delphi to Motorcraft. Might have get new tank as well because it could be littering small debris into pump or filter. Get fuel pressure to motor checked out after replace filter. It's the cheapest thing to do first when troubleshooting gas issues. Secondly I doubt there is a fuse running the pump. It could be a black box on fuse panel. Fuse cover should tell you.good luck

the 2007 Bantam has the Euro 2 Bosch PCM, where as the earlier Bantams use the Euro 1 Bosch PCMs. Check if they both use separate Cluch and Brake switches. Check the part numbers are correct for both systems for the clutch and brake. Check also the speedo drive sensors on the Transaxel. The part numbers may be different.
