Leaking fuel , water and bakkoe is overheating. Ford rocam 1.6

Hi we just replaced the head gasket on bakkie , but
now there seem to be a whole lot of trouble with it .
After the gasket were replaced they started the
bakkie it started but oil leaking from the engine
and now the fan wont come on the water pours out  
by the lid the bakkie is overheating

Did you torque the cylinder head correctly ? was the gasket fitted correctly ? Did you skim the head or have it re-serfaced ?
