Spray some starting fluid in the intake. If it fires, you have spark. Can you hear the fuel pump run when the key is first turned to "On"?

This looks like a ROCAM ed Engine Bantam. First check the impact switch on the left side "A" pillar under the dash. There is a hole in the kick panel . Press the switch in. This switches thee fuel pump off on impact. Check the relay. When the ignition is switched ON, the fuel pump will come on for a few seconds then switch off. If the engine is started, the fuel pump will run all the time. The relay is located on the right side under the dash above the fuse box.
