We had heavy rains and bakkir was under what do i do..and how ill i know if water is in engine

Check the oil,for water,

Check if water gained entrance into the passenger compartment. Check also for signs of water on thee dip stick. There could be water in the sump. In this case the Eng oil and filter would have to be replaced. If the Ignition lights come on , but engine is not cranking, The PCM might have to be dried out or repaired
