ref counter and spedometer stuck

Stuck how? Are they working at all or stuck at specific RPM's and speed?

When you start the ref counter move slihtly,but the spedometer is stuck pass 220. they are supposed to move over and come back to normal posision.

Perform a Instrument Cluster Check. Ignition key off ; Press the Cluster Trip Button IN and hold it in, Switch the Ignition to on. Watch the LCDs for the ODO. They will show TEST. Release the Trip button and the Cluster test will begin. Every time you press the button in another area of the cluster will be tested, First the Speedo Need will sweep to MAX and then Zero, then the RPM Gauge will sweep to Max and then Zero, The other Gauges will be tested , then the LEDs, LCDs and so forth. To Exit the test , switch the ignition switch off
