Check all of the fuses and the harness that leads to the instrument cluster. Perform the cluster on-board test. Ignition key off, Trip button for the Odo in and hold it there. Switch the ignition on to the 2 position to where the LEDs come on and where the LCDs for the Odo turn to TEST and release and the RPM and Speedo will go to full clock and zero, press the trip button again, and the LCDs will display and then the LEDs in the cluster will display. Keep pressing the trip button through all the tests. To exit test mode, switch off the ignition.

Hi thank you so much, I have done the test but the results are rather difficult to understand. Would you be so kind as to tell me where I can obtain the result descriptions? Best Regards
These test results are located in the workshop manual. I only have a PDF version. Please find a link to the workshop manual and wiring diagrams: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1106266/Ford-2002-Bantam.html#manual https://elektrotanya.com/ford_bantam_2002_wiring_diagrams.pdf/download.html Regards
During the test results , Did the Dash lights and the LEDs come on ? If they came on . The Dash lights them selves are OK and it's possibly the harness, fuses or one or some of the relays. Check the connections around the Central junction box , which is part of where the fuses are located. There are two screws that secure the Central junction box. remove the screws and lower this junction box. The wiring harnesses and the relays are located here.
