my voltage shows 14.1 but the start stop function shows the battery is not charging

14.1V means the alternator is charging the battery.

I still get a message that says "Stop/Start not ready battery not charged" ever since the shop worked on the V53/NHTSA 19V-348 (battery ground defective). Could there be an additional problem in the fuse panel?
