Classic VS Limited PT Cruiser.

Can't decide if a 2010 Classic with 13,000 miles and standard options, or a 2008 Limited with 35,000 miles, moon roof, heated leather seats. Is it better to buy an older car with more options (better resale) or a newer one with less miles? In the end would they both have about the same resale?

I'd get the car that you like the best... if you want a moon roof and heated leather seats, then I'd get the '08. I have both in my '04 and love them both... the leather seats are more comfortable feeling than the standard seats (in my opinion... Mom has standard seats in her '05, so I've plenty of experience in both) and having them heated is great in the colder parts of the year. Having the moon roof is terrific in the warmer parts of the year. I have almost 208,000 miles on my '04 and I still love it. If you keep whatever one you get serviced, it will last a good, long time.
Thank for your reply. I have a moon roof in my current car, a Toyota Rav4. I think my concern is warranty on the 2008, also wear on brakes, tires, etc. But, I understand that the 2008 has more horsepower. I have never bought a used car before, so that is why I am so indecisive. The price difference between the two is $1,000. Wow! 208,00 miles. That is great advertising. I have 128,000 on my current car. Thanks for the info. Something to think about.
