Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a 2008 PT Cruiser, turbo with 59k miles. Day after I brought it home check engine light went on. Been back to dealer 5 times with various repairs and went on again yesterday an hour after I brought it home. They changed fuel pump among several other parts related to too much air getting into engine.

Check the intake system to see if there is a filter......Any lemon laws where you live? It is the dealer's responsibility to make the car whole. Was the car inspected by them? Most states require an inspection sticker. You may have to bring it to your State Division of Motor Vehicles to get the dealer to do this. It also should be under Warranty from that dealer.

The dealer has been working to try to fix it on their dime. They are sending it to Chrysler for me next. There is an inspection sticker on it.
