Well , if you haven' t done one before probably not !! because they are interference motors so asking this dumb question you need to realize there are 2 camshafts that need to be synchronized so as not to bend the intake valves My suggestion is you take it to a competent mechanic before you screw it up
PS when you change timing belts , You need to replace the water pump also because it's run off the timing belt also
