Front suspension / Alignment

Asked by GuruH3FX2 Aug 13, 2019 at 04:03 AM about the Chrysler Sebring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2005 Chrysler Sebring Touring
2.7L V6. When I leave my
driveway the front end sounds like
it's bottoming out, even though
that isn't the case, what is that
thunk sound? I notice when I go in
reverse and press into the break I
can see my front drivers tire
would like I don't know how to
explain it sway towards me but
nothing is loose.

Something is broken. Maybe the strut or ball joint. Have a shop get the car on a lift to diagnose the issue.
