engine compartment fuse #8 blows every time I turn the ignition

You didn't show a year of manufacture, so find out what fuse 8 drives and the test each one of those circuits and components, you will need a wiring diagram and possibly a component locator chart. Sorry no quick answer here.

Thanks for the help. Its a 2003 Seabring and the Fuse diagram says its a Starter Relay, Fuel Pump Relay, Ignition Switch, Transmission Control Module, Body Control Module. I guess I was hoping somebody new what the most likely issue was. I am guessing Ignition Switch.
A fuse blows due to a short or overloaded circuit, an ignition switch usually won't blow a fuse unless the connector fails and shorts, so that will be obvious when you get down to it. As the TCM, BCM and Fuel pump are fairly easy to get too I would unplug those one at a time and see what one stops blowing the fuses. If all of those are unplugged and it still blows, then you have a wiring issue on that feed circuit. HTH
