Have a keyed ignition aux plug installed, befor you use a cig. lighter plug. The GPS will kill your batt. in time. The cig. lighter has power all the time, even at night when you are not useing it, and also a draw on the batt. The GPS, when turned off still charges its batt, thus draining your car batt. this in time will cause your car to not start.
