i have a 2002 sebring i have put two altanaters on it and they will not charge do i need to reset somthing or could it be a fuce i am stumpt if i un hook the batt while running it will die any help would be great thank you

Check for break in wires, bad power plug end or clean the plug end

DO NOT DISCONNECT THE BATTERY ON ANY VEHICLE WHILE IT IS RUNNING!! You may cause serious damage to the electrical system. Look for a fusible link in the wire that goes from the alternator to the battery. Corrosion may also be a problem at the alternator and battery terminals.
