Overhead grab handle

I would love an answer to this also. I have a new 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan and am disabled and need an assist handle on the drivers side. I have been told there is nothing available to add. I am desperate for a solution.

All you need to do is go to a junkyard find one remove ,just 2 phillips head screws put in yours,just make sure you put them on in the same place so no to send screw through the roof.

That idea is to replace a handle, not newly install after- market. Called dealership but seems that they cannot install after -market, I assume because I am asking the grab handle to securely bear the weight of a handicapped person who definitely needs a reliable, weight-bearing assist.
