Check battery for proper voltage. Also tighten and clean all battery connections including the negative connections on the frame and motor. If still no turn over. Check starter sylinoid for power when key is turned to start position. If you have that power then remove starter and have it tested. If no power then check ignition/starter relay and or ignition switch for proper operation.
