I have a 97 Ford Explorer. The horn goes off when we open the door and when we start the car. We have been advised to just cut the wire to the horn as there is no fuse for it....we know where the horn is located but we are having a horrible time getting to it....any suggestions?

Cutting the wire to the horn is not the answer. Fixing the problem is what is needed. Do some reading at the link I have provided. http://www.underhoodservice.com/tech-feature-gaining-access-to- perimeter-anti-theft-systems/
