How to reattach Cabrio 2002 convertible rear window?

Hi Tom, There are 2 sites on the web about a VW Bettle and Corvette convertible with the same window problem. Both sites talk about using the 3M products, Glass Primer and Window Weld. Both excellent results. What do you think? Thanks
