I changed my crank sensor on my merc 96 at MB DURBAN SOUTH AFRICA. NOW THEY CANT START MY CAR.

Ask them to disconnect the sensor and look inside of crank sensor connection to make sure one of the prong is not bent not making connection to connector. If it was starting before replacement have them install the old one back in to see if vehicle starts. And lastly may have to replace crank sensor connector. Also would recommend replacing camshaft sensor also.
