car runs then dies after 20 seconds

had dirty fuel cleaned tank pump lines and filters car ran for a couple of days and now it will run for 20 seconds or so and then gets a big shot of fuel and floods engine causing it to stall cleaned system again and still the same problem

My truck did the same thing. It was my fuel pump. I had to take the tank off change the fuel pump out and now it runs like a champ.

check fuel pressure regulator for proper pressure also check MAF sensor. the MAF sensor in VW's are known to get oil on it from running down the intake tube from the PCV valve.
