How do I cancel a sale?

Why are you making it difficult to cancel a sale?

I am having the same problem. First they make you sign everything before talking to a loan officer- then they make you wait days for a loan officer to call you before they tell you your interest rate is double what the pre-approval said and then there's no way out. I don't think I'll be using this site again NOT impressed.
