does anyone know if the 88 jetta has intrchangeabl parts with the 88 golf?

I'm not sure which specific parts you're asking about, nick, but the '88 Jetta and Golf were built on the same platform and most models featured the same engine, so plenty of parts should be interchangeable. Hope that helps!

They are the same platform. Basically one is a sedan and one a hatchback, so I don't see why you couldn't.
