This code means a low idle, probably less than 1,000 rpm. Start by cleaning the throttle body assembly (the throttle plate and body) with a throttle body cleaner. CRC makes a decent product. The idea is to remove built up carbon on the plate and the inside of the throttle body. Clean it gently but thoroughly with a natural (hair) soft bristle paint brush (a decent one, you don't want to leave bristles behind). Put it back together and see if the idle increases when the car is warmed up. If it does, you may need to get the codes reset, but it might correct itself after a few no fault runs. If the idle does not increase, there is damage to the throttle body and the part will need to be changed out.
