Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey

Im wondering if this is a known problem to this car.
My work rented an Opel Vivaro(dont rememeber the year or the millage),
when i was driving it suddenly the clutch got stuck, it would not go out at
normal after changing gears.
I stopped the car and the car was picked up and sent to repair.
We got the car back, and got about 500 meters before the car wasnt
responding as normal, there were no connenction between the clutch ad the
pedal.
Now the rental company is blaming it on user error.

Do you know if this is a known problem to this car?

I have a hard time beliving this is an user error considering ive been driving
manuel cars for then years, and ive never experienced anything like this
before.

Thanks in advance
