Car locks by itself

I have a 2008 Chevy cruz(manual) the other day I
was sitting in the car with it running- doors
unlocked- waiting for my sons school bus. As I
was sitting there the doors locked by themselves. I
didn’t touch the lock, I didn’t touch the key fob,
and I didn’t put in gear. Now I’m concerned my car
will lock on its own when I try to heating up in the
winter. Any solutions to this?

I dont have an answer but my brothers car is doing this. Have you found a solution yet

2014 Cruze, mine locked me out in the rain at Walmart with my keys and phone still in it. Had to call a locksmith.
