engine shows overheating

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The temperature guge said my van was overheating yet I have had
no coolant loss. I have had a new thermostat and senser put on, this
didn't solve the problem. I have now had a new water pump put on. I
picked my van up from the garage and yes it is still showing that my
engine is overheating.  What do I try next?

May be a clogged radiator or inoperable cooling fan.

This morning we burped the cooling system, this moved the trapped air and now the temperature gauge is staying at half. So all good now. Thank you for your help.
