Why wont my 2001 2wd dodge ram 1500 pick up 5.9 v8 engine wont reverse

I used my reverse then twenty minutes later it wont reverse
everythng works fine now I dont have my ac compressor its been
bypassed its been -14 here could that be the issue or do I jeed a
newbtrans or trans belt or onve the wather warm up it will reverse
qgiwn I neee help plz qnd thank you

Sorry for so many mis spelled words I just am at a panic I might have to pay for a trans
