Minni Cooper S electrical problem

On our recently-purchased second-hand vehicle some of the lights and electrical system started to fail.  Now the windows cannot be controlled, the dashboard lights don’t come on, neither the left nor right blinkers work and the hazard light does not work.  I have checked all the fuses and they are OK.  I confused as to why so many electrical circuits are dead, and I don’t know what to check next.  Does anyone have any advice for us?

Check with cooper dealer. They have a recall on the what's they call FRM module. If yours is not covered check with bimmerscan.com
