I have an Audi A4 Quattro 1.8L turbo

My car was well maintained, I bought it from a man
that took very good care of it. It is now smoking
from the lower end of the engine compartment. It
definitely has something to do with the coolant
burning. The smoke is coming from the left side
under the hood. If anyone can help with some
advice it would be the best Christmas gift ever

These vehicles (turbos=high maintenance) 1.8s come in all the time with cooked rubber hoses,The turbo is located at the right / passenger side front of the engine bay. Review all the maintenance records for the last PBR valve along with PCV valve service dates, if you don't have these service records assume it needs to be done (hose sets). Symptoms include rough running, oil leaking coolant loss, also a sure sign is a crumbling or broken oil dip stick holder its yellow and on the drivers side.
