I found a car on CarGurus that is being sold by a personal seller. When I used
the VIN to do a Car Fax report, the report lists it as a personal lease car. How
can the leasee be selling it and shouldn't they say something about it in their
ad?
If the car is currently leased they cannot sell it. Ask them about it and then verify what they say.
