Where is a good place to order parts, also will need engine spec's

I have a 2003 Mazdaspeed engine I purphased from a wrecking yard with 87000 on it and I want to replace the timing belt and pull the pan and check the bearings ( as this what went bad with my orginal engine)
I will need rod and main bearing toque also, where can I find this info,
thanks for your help.

for oem order from mazda. if you want aftermarket (since your pullin it all apart) start researching. you'll start to find brands you want to like
