My mazda mpv 2.0L(2003) has got a sound on the left back wheel immediately when it start rotating, What might be the problem?

even if i try to engage p brake and disengage it for 2 or 3 times,

How's the brake fluid level? I've seen it before where the wheel cylinder is "popped out" and losing fluid...max possible adjustment and shoes are worn, cylinders leakin'---when was the last time you pulled the drum and took a look at the wheel cylinders and amount of "meat" left there?
