How do I get to the heater fan and controls?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I think I may have had a critter build a nest in the fan area because it won't go on until you turn it to high, and then it makes a very loud noise! Also, I have had to put a dime next to the control switch to keep it on the heat setting, if I don't, it goes from hot to cold.

Answering my own question.. Pull the glove box out and open the heater door, remove filters (that have been eaten by some critter) reach into the fan area and remove a 2in thick wall built around inside of fan housing. I still do not know what to do about having to wedge a dime into the side of the control knob in order for it to blow heat, nor do I know why it won't blow unless I have it on high as well as I do not know why I cannot turn it totally off! If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it! Thank you!
