White smoke emitting while at stop lights and stop signs, oil change was performed over a week ago no there's not too much oil in t and there's no leak nowhere, can someone help me!

A LOT of smoke? Maybe with a blueish tint? If it runs ok just keep a close eye on your oil level..like everyday and make sure you are not consuming too much. What year and mileage?

also you may want to watch your coolant level because a lot of white smoke may be due to a blown gasket. if the car never has smoked like that before.
