1986 300ZX hesitates or even stalls on heavy acceleration but normally runs great in normal driving. Any ideas?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've checked fuel pressure, spark plugs and electrical connections and have cleaned the MAF.  Car starts very easy and runs fine until I step on it where in a second or two it will stall as if running out of gas- but it has gas and pressure!

Yes it's your fuel pressure relay. corrosion or even broken wire its located one the passenger side behind the batter. Look fore a green relay and pull the wires to see if there connected.
