On a 350z, which would be cheaper and sound and
perform  better. A differential, a intake, or exhaust?

cheapest--intake, exhaust then diff.. performance--diff, intake, exhaust

Do the exhaust for the most fun factor, both sound and a slight bit of performance will be gained..
