2004 Ford focus has no clutch. U can put it in every
gear with it running and car won't move

This is stick correct? U need a clutch to disengage than engage the gears. Don't understand question?

Check your cables, remove the air box they are right underneath. I have had them come loose on me before and lost all my gears.
