Rough idling, engine code p0600

1999 Maxima GLE - the car has rough idling, troubleshooting code shows P0600.  it has a
standard transmission.  The ECM has been changed, what next?

ignition coils may need replacing with spark plugs or sensor may need replacing

order your car replacement parts from car parts.com! Just found this website yesterday and its a lot cheaper than the name brand stores like advance auto and auto zone

I checked the ignition coils and two plugs were not totally seated. The snap up lock were not engaged. It runs better but Ithink my coils need to be replaced. Thanks for the help
