About timing belt...

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi,

In the car manual there’s nothing about timing belts. I have suzuki swift
2015, automatic, 30,000km, do you perhaps know when I should change the
timing belt?

The manual does mention drive belts, but again it doesn't tell when they
need to be replaced.

Thanks

Your timing belt should be replaced every 96,000 km or 6 years. Whichever comes first. Accessory drive belts should be inspected at the same interval and replaced if needed. Hope that helps! Jim
