Where is fuel pump shut off switch located

NO fuel shut off switch..Fuel issue problems on the XL-7 are well known the fuel purge valve between the engine and firewall likely problem if stalling then restating. The next is fuel pump connection at (under) the fuse box corroded no fuel.
