I have a 05 century with the same issue no tail lights, dash lights and the driver door made that ding noise when it has no key in the ignition. Under the hood it's a 20 amp fuse that is blown and on the passenger side fuse box it's a 15 amp fuse that is blown. Please check the trunk for loose wires going to the tail lights wrap them up in electrical tape and you have just found the real issue. Good Luck!
