2003 Buick Lesabre - idle for 6 months, starts hard

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

only starts after turning over for several seconds. Starts after pressing on gas
pedal.  Has some missing at highway speeds, especially if pulling hard. Wont
start at all with no pressure on gas pedal

change the fuel filter... if it still is the same then the fuel pump is out or the govorner.
