will a 3.8 v6 from a 2007 buick lucerne swap to a 2002 buick lesabre with a 3.8
v6?

I wouldn't bother unless you want to go replace any fuel , brake , and any other hydraulic lines . Matching up the wiring would be a nightmare , some things would be similar but not all . That's what I think

The on,y thing similar is the basic block, everything else different, if you want a plug and play swap then you need the same year.
