It sounds like a linkage problem. Have you hit any major pot holes, speed bumps, etc? When did it happen? did you just park it and when you went back it wouldn't work or did it go our gradually? give me somemore info please.

I parked it out side of the gym I go to and when I came out to go home it would not go into drive, I played with it going back and forth from reverse to drive and it engaged and allowed me to get home. Once I got it home however that was it. Didn't hit any pot holes or speed bumps.
