HI. I have had oil mixing with the water/coolant tank, but not the other way around. I had the water/coolant tank replaced, the head casket repaired at the machine shop, lines all cleaned, new oil and coolant done in August. Since, twice now, it has remixed again - the same way. Any help is greatly appreciated - single girl who whishes I could do it myself at this point! Thanks

Either the lines got mixed up. Or the head gasket didn't get installed 100% correctly.
