Hey there I just bought a truck that Is missing a ignition control module Is there any way to bypass a 2001 v6 1500 ignition control module for a gm pickup if missing

Nope. It's like trying to run an old fashioned ignition system without the points and condenser. It won't run without the ignition control module! Hope that helps! Jim
